FAQs
Do I have to track my food?
No! Although tracking macros and calories is a tool for measurement, some clients prefer portion sizes developed from plating methods or hand refrences. Whether you are new to nutrional awareness or have previous experience, we will work with you to find the ideal sustainable method fit for your lifestyle.
Lifestyle and habits will also be assessed; nutritional decison-making and psycolgical habits feed each other much more than people realize.
How often will I communicate with my coach?
Any questions will be answered within 24 hours on weekdays and by end of the day on Mondays when questions come in over the weekend. Clients will be notified of occasional absences in advance by coaches.
What is the investment?
There are two costs to these plans; your time and money. The baseline of good health comes from the food and nutition you fuel yourself with. The investment from Olympic Nutirition coaching will provide you the knowledge, plan, self-awareness, and confidence to both performance and towards optimal health. Whether your reason is to enhance your athletic performaance, health, or appreciating how you look, it just feels good to feel good.
Will I need to purchase anything extra?
To be set up for success and we highly encourage purchasing a small food scale and/or measuring cups to help ensure accuracy with your meals but you won’t need any special supplements, juices or fancy meal plans. The goal is to choose foods you enjoy as part of your meal prep.
We also reccomend downloading MyFitness Pal, the free version is great!
Do I have to measure my food?
Yes, but not forever. Most people are very surprised at what goes into a serving size and measuring food is the smartest method to ensure accuracy and consistency when starting out. We are here to help and for us to be effective at what we do the more data we prodices better adjustments. This will also help us see where you have the opportunity to make improvements for your body composition or performance goals.

Meet Molly Simons
Molly has always been interested in nutiriton as she developed her love of fitness and health as an adult. Through her own journey of learning how to nourish her body for olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, and endurance running. The more Molly has dived into the science behind nourishing and fueling the body, the more she wanted help others learn how to do the same for themselves. Depsite playing softball all the way through college, Molly has an unhealthy relationship with food most of her through her mid 20s. Although its has taken time to make a mental shift about food and fuel, it has given her the tools, experience, and knowldge to help others going through the same mindset.
Molly has an undergraduate degree in accounting as well as a Master’s in Finance. After working as a traveling accountant for the state of Washington, she went in Law Enforcement for several years. Through both of her previous careers, she built experience and knowledge of nutrition while traveling, as well nutrition tailored to shift work.
This is not where the learning stops. Molly is currently enrolled in Northern Colorado University’s Distance Dietetic Program (DDP) where she plans to pursue the Registered Dietician medical credential.
Molly will tell you hands down that food and nutrition is the greatest medicine for our bodies. Through guidance in habits and mindset, nourishing our bodies does not have to a mystery.
Outside of the world of nutrition, Molly loves to train by throwing weights around through CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, or some sort of strength training.
