Step 1: Book a Free Consulation. Let’s start with a conversation! We’ll discuss your goals, training demands, and lifestyle to ensure we’re the right fit for each other. We want to make sure you are excited to commiting to your sucess!
Step 2: Get a Personalized Plan and Ongoing Support. You’ll receive a customized nutrition plan designed to align with your performance goals and daily routine, as well as a daily habit and measurment tracker to build self-awarness. With weekly check-ins, we’ll track progress, make adjustments, and ensure you have the guidance you need to stay on track as well as occasional worksheets to create more awareness in decisions and lifestyle choices, as well as resources and tools to assist you throughout the process and beyond.
Step 3: Build Lasting Success. By the end of our time together, you won’t just have a plan—you’ll have the knowledge, confidence, and tools to maintain your progress and continue optimizing your health and performance for the long run.
One-Time Nutrition Map
If you are confident in your nutrition foundation and don’t need ongoing check-ins, we can work together to provide you with a one-time personalized 3-month nutrition plan based on your lifestyle, activity level, and performance or body composition goals. Depending on your prefrence, this can be based on one or a combination of nutrition guidelines, visual portion control, or set macronutrients.
